Terms of service
General info
• By commissioning me you are agreeing to the TOS.• I have the right to decline a request for a commission.• Commissioned works are able to be displayed on my social media accounts for portfolio purposes.• Commercial use of my artworks must be agreed upon in advance with the commissioner. I charge a one-time fee of 100% of the total price for uses intended to transform it into digital and physical goods.• Do not use commissioned work to train AI.• Commissioned works are allowed to be published online as long as i am credited.• The payment proceeds after we are done with the sketch. After the sketch confirmation, i will receive the full payment.• Refunds in case of dissatisfactionary work will be proportional to the amount of work already finished.• If a commission cannot go through on my part you will be issued a full refund.• A finalized commission cannot be refunded.• Finalized work will be handed over through gmail/google drive as a JPEG and PNG.
